sorry for non-bid, but those items gotten into pre-searing during a gh glitch. Those are forbidden in pre-searing (as are sup runes, gold weapons etc)

You are asked to move the item to Post-searing or destroy the item or risk being banned. (go read through some notes posted by gaile gray)

The only way to legally salvage items in presearing is via a charr salving kit.
